Accrevent is a digital platform developed and administered by Ghiță Robert Gabriel and Georgescu Emilian-Marian as individuals. The current version is Private Beta.
Access is free, limited and available only with an Authorization Token issued directly by the Accrevent team.
For questions about Accrevent Private Beta, access, feedback or personal data, contact us at accredo.platform@gmail.com.
1. Platform status
Accrevent is available as a Private Beta. The platform may contain bugs, incomplete features, interface errors or behavior that changes without advance notice.
Private Beta is not a complete commercial offer, a paid subscription or a guarantee of continuous availability. No fee is charged and access is not public.
2. Temporary address and name
Testing takes place at accrevent-platform.bokit.ro, a temporary address hosted on bokit.ro, a domain belonging to one of the founders. It is not the platform’s final domain and does not imply a relationship with any other product previously hosted there.
The name “Accrevent” is temporary at this stage. The name and address may change before launch; account holders will be notified by email if the platform moves.
This stage is offered free of charge. Whether the identification duties for an online service apply depends on the actual conditions of supply, including economic benefit, under Articles 1, 4 and 5 of Romanian Law No. 365/2002. The provider’s identification and contractual terms will be reviewed before a commercial offer.
3. Authorization Token access
An account can be created only with a valid Authorization Token. Each token can be used once and may be disabled.
The Authorization Token is issued to its recipient and must not be distributed publicly.
Invitation-only access is not limited to testing. Accrevent is intended to remain an invitation-only platform after Private Beta.
Accrevent may refuse, suspend or revoke beta access in cases of abuse, improper use or a risk to the platform or other users.
4. Beta data and resets
During Private Beta, information entered into the platform may be changed, deleted, reset or migrated for testing, security, performance or product changes. Personal data remains protected by applicable law.
Do not enter critical or unique information for which you have no separate copy. Private Beta is intended for testing and feedback, not permanent commercial operations.
5. What the platform does
Accrevent supports event accreditation and staff management. Features may change during testing.
- Events and teams: creation, configuration and team coordinators.
- Staff: manual entry, invitation links, public recruitment forms, shifts and attendance.
- Recruitment: applicants receive an email confirming submission and, if the organizer keeps the option enabled, the decision: accepted, waitlisted or rejected. The waitlist closes automatically two days before the work period starts, and remaining applicants are notified.
- Credentials: issue credentials and QR code PDFs, scan at access points and keep an activity log.
- Person lists: an organizer’s own record of notes about people who worked at their events.
- Exports: only the event organizer can download the credential register and audit report, after re-entering the account password.
6. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use public recruitment and invitation links.
If you determine the purpose and fields used to collect applicant, staff or credential holder data, you have the duties attached to your role in that processing. Roles and instructions must be established in the applicable documents before using the platform with other people’s real data. Questions and requested files must be limited to what the event needs.
Do not request unnecessary information, especially health data, origin, religion or copies of identity documents.
Person lists contain internal observations, not verified facts. Add only people and matters related to your own events, do not share the lists outside your organization, and review any application automatically rejected because of a list match before treating that outcome as final.
After the credential register or audit report is downloaded, retaining and deleting the exported file is your responsibility.
7. Feedback
You may send feedback, ideas, bug reports or suggestions. By submitting feedback, you agree that Accrevent may use it to improve the platform without payment or compensation.
8. No payments in Private Beta
Private Beta is free. Accrevent does not sell subscriptions, issue invoices or process payments at this stage.
Commercial terms will be reviewed separately before any launch involving payments, subscriptions or invoicing.
9. Limitations
The platform is provided as is, solely for testing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, delivery of every email, compatibility with every device or permanent retention of beta data.
10. Minimum age
Accrevent Private Beta is not intended for anyone under 16. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16. Public recruitment forms accept applicants aged 18 or over.
11. Ending access
You can ask to close your account at accredo.platform@gmail.com. Closing an account does not automatically delete event data administered together with other users; that data is covered by the Privacy Policy.
Coordinator and staff accounts are temporary and are automatically deleted eight days after the end of the last event of which they are members.
We may suspend or close an account if its Authorization Token was misused, the platform is put at risk or Private Beta ends. We will notify you by email unless delay would increase the risk.
12. Changes to these terms
Each version has a version number and an update date at the top of the page. Your acceptance is recorded together with the version presented to you.
Material changes to purpose, access, liability or payment terms are announced by email before they take effect. If you disagree with a new version, you can close your account.
13. Applicable law and disputes
Romanian law applies to these terms. Specific duties for online services apply where the conditions of Romanian Law No. 365/2002 are met.
Please first contact us at accredo.platform@gmail.com to resolve a dispute. Otherwise, disputes are decided by the competent courts in Romania.
If you use Accrevent as a consumer, outside a trade or profession, you retain the protection of mandatory Romanian consumer law and may bring a claim before the court of your domicile.
