Schedule

The schedule is published when it is ready, and participant arrivals are tracked separately on the day.

How it works

The organiser builds the schedule by day, stage and time, then publishes it on the event page. The Backstage Manager sets the expected arrival time and confirms when the participant arrives. Arrival confirmation remains separate from credential collection.

What it does

No overlaps

The platform rejects two sessions at the same time on the same stage or with the same person.

Explicit publishing

The public page only appears once the organiser publishes it. An empty schedule cannot be published, and switching the module off takes it down.

Arrivals, confirmed by backstage

The Backstage Manager sets the expected arrival time and confirms when the person has arrived. A confirmed arrival is not a collected credential.

Credential status, next to the name

Each participant shows only the status of their linked credential, not its record.

Can be switched off for productions that do not need a public schedule.
