Staff credentials
Each credential, tracked from issue to collection and, when needed, replacement.
How it works
The organiser selects the type and issues the credential as a PDF and web page, with the option to send it by email. At the desk, the operator finds the person and confirms collection. Reissuing cancels the old credential and links the new code to its history.
Credentials
What it does
Document and email delivery
The credential is available as a PDF and web page. When issuing it, the organiser can choose to send it by email if the person has an address on record.
Randomly generated identifiers
Codes are randomly generated using characters that are easy to distinguish. They do not reveal the order or number of credentials issued.
Reissue linked to the original
The old credential is cancelled with a written reason, and the new one gets a different code and stays linked to it. The replaced credential stays cancelled and cannot be reactivated.
A history of changes
Issue, edits, status changes, emails, reissues and deletions are recorded through database mechanisms. The log keeps a record of who performed the action and when.
Zones and types, set per event
The organiser defines types, zones and the type × zone matrix for what appears on the badge; on-site checks remain the responsibility of the production’s security team. The standard set can be used as a starting point, and the catalogue must be configured before activating the event.
Excel register and PDF audit report
The full register exports to Excel, with the audit trail on its own sheet, and the audit report to PDF. Only the event organiser can export, after confirming their password.
The code on the badge is random, not sequential — a code tells no one how many credentials have been issued.
