LocalSync
Collection can be confirmed when the connection drops, provided the desk computer has a copy prepared within the last 24 hours.
How it works
The organiser enables LocalSync, and the desk prepares an encrypted copy on its computer, valid for 24 hours. Offline, the operator finds the person and only confirms collection of an already issued credential; issuing and editing require a connection. After reconnecting, the same account sends the confirmations, with conflicts shown for review.

What it does
Search the prepared copy
The operator searches by name and can confirm collection of an issued credential included in the copy. The copy must be refreshed online before it expires to continue working offline.
Encrypted copy, unlocked with a PIN
The local copy opens with an 8–12 digit PIN. It is deleted on sign-out or after 5 incorrect PIN attempts.
Excluded from the local copy
Confidential credentials and blacklisted people are excluded from the copy. If someone is flagged after the copy is prepared, the server checks the flag during synchronisation.
Confirmations checked during synchronisation
Resending the same operation does not duplicate the confirmation. A revoked credential or collection already confirmed by another operator is shown as a conflict for review.
The same account to sync
Confirmations only sync from the account that prepared the copy. If the session has expired, the operator must sign in to that account again.
Switched on per event. Only collection confirmation works offline; the local copy is valid for 24 hours after preparation.
