Recruitment & registration

Two kinds of form in one module: recruitment for staff and registration for participants.

How it works

The organiser builds the form, publishes it and shares the public link. For recruitment, each application is reviewed and approved candidates are added straight to a team, with their role set. For registration, applications are approved manually or automatically against the form’s conditions until the places are filled.

What it does

Recruitment for staff

Applications move through pending, under review, reserve, approved or rejected. An approved candidate joins a team with a role and can receive their credential by email.

Reserve list

Candidates on the reserve list can be added to a team if a place becomes free. The list closes manually or automatically on the set date, with an email notification.

Registration with limited places

For competitions, workshops and conferences, the form can have a maximum number of places. Each approved registration takes one place.

Automatic approval against conditions

Up to 6 conditions: a minimum age on a reference date, a minimum numeric value or a required answer. Registrations that do not meet all of them go to manual review, and blacklisted people are rejected.

Questions shaped to the form

Eight question types, including a file upload and questions that appear only after a specific answer.

Consent with a document and version

Submitting the form records the accepted document, its version and the time of acceptance.

Can be switched off for events that do not take applications through a form.
