Shifts & planning
Open places show up early, so assignments can be adjusted before the shift starts.
How it works
The coordinator sets how many people are needed, for which team and during which hours. The planner compares requirements with assignments, shows conflicts and can suggest people for the remaining places. The coordinator reviews the suggestions and applies assignments in the planner.

What it does
Requirements by day and time slot
For each team, the day, time slot and number of people needed are set. The planner shows how many places are filled and how many remain.
A calendar by day and team
Shifts appear in the event calendar. The hours assigned to each person and team can be reviewed before assignments change.
Conflicts and assignment suggestions
The planner flags overlaps and assignments that do not match the team or availability. Suggestions take existing shifts into account; the coordinator decides which to apply.
Understaffed shifts are visible before they start.
