How it works
The organiser records the vehicle, selects the pass type and approves the request. The desk finds the pass by registration number or phone and confirms handover of an approved pass. Confidential passes remain visible only to the organiser.
Vehicle passes
What it does
Zones from the event catalogue
Passes use the same zone catalogue as credentials. The type and zones define what appears on the pass; on-site checks remain the responsibility of the production’s security team.
A randomly generated code
The pass code is randomly generated and does not reveal the order or number of passes issued.
Handover after approval
An approved pass is marked as handed over when the desk confirms collection. The organiser can also record the handover.
Visibility by role
The organiser sees the event’s passes, while the desk sees only non-confidential passes. Team coordinators and the Backstage Manager cannot view them.
Search by number
The desk can search by vehicle registration or phone number, including without the spaces and dashes in the recorded number.
Can be switched on for events that need vehicle passes.
