Staff records by team, without every team member needing a user account.
How it works
The organiser records each person’s name, team and contact details without creating a user account for them. Each coordinator reviews the people in their assigned teams. The team list also shows each person’s credential status.

Contact details and team status
Each person’s record holds their contact details and status within the team. Coordinators can review this information for the people assigned to them.
Teams with assigned coordinators
The organiser assigns teams to coordinators. They can plan shifts for those teams when Shifts & planning is enabled.
Permissions enforced in the database
Database policies restrict coordinators’ staff records to their assigned teams; requests awaiting approval remain with the organiser.
Flag lists stay with the organiser
Lists belong to the organiser and apply across all their events. Flags are not shared with other organisers.
Coordinators see only their own teams. The boundary is enforced in the database, not in the interface.
