How it works
Requests for artists, their crews and vehicles follow a separate workflow from staff. The organiser approves or rejects each entry and issues the approved documents, individually or by group. The list shows which documents have been issued for each artist.

A decision for each entry
A request can include people and vehicles. The organiser can approve some entries and reject others without treating the whole group as a single approval.
Confidential documents
Credentials and passes originating from artist requests are marked confidential. They do not appear in the standard desk list or enter the LocalSync copy.
Vehicle passes from the event catalogue
Approved vehicles use pass types and zones from the event catalogue. These define what appears on the pass; on-site checks remain the responsibility of the production’s security team.
Issue individually or by group
The organiser can issue one document or the group’s approved documents. The issue status appears beside each entry.
Can be switched on for events that need artist credentials.
